- Purchases from Resolute Music Publications, LLC, are guaranteed for quality. If you have a problem with your order, please use the Contact Us form and include your order # to explain your issue.
- All sales are FINAL. This is due to the ease and availability of photocopying. No returns are accepted without prior authorization.
- If your order includes an error from our order fulfillment, we will expedite a replacement.
- Print-on-demand items, indicated in the stock statuses of certain selections, are non-returnable.

Terms & Conditions for Digital Downloads
- DIGITAL DOWNLOADS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.
- Digital downloads from Resolute Music Publications, LLC, require the use of the Javelin PDF reader, a free to download 3rd party utility.
- Digital downloads arrive as file extensions .DRMZ. They are NOT regular PDF's. The *.drmz files must be authenticated through the use of the Javelin PDF reader, and are only accessible through Javelin.
- Digital download files are subject to a limited-use license.
- All digital downloads are accessible on a maximum of 3 devices. Printing is limited to 2.25 complete copies. Screen captures, printing to file, and other methods of circumventing security are disabled and PROHIBITED. Tampering with security protocols can be detected, and will result in revocation of licensing and potential prosecution for copyright infringement.
- Sharing of files is prohibited and will also be detected through the security protocols. Illegal sharing will also result in license revocation.
- Acceptance of these terms is required for purchase of all products.
