Delivery and Shipping

DELIVERY

  • Items are shipped directly from our 3rd party print company. Items are normally shipped within 24 hours. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Orders received after 3pm Eastern Time Zone will be processed the following business day. Most orders are delivered within 5 business days after payment. Using our shipping software, we offer several options for you to choose.
  • If you have URGENT delivery needs, please use the Contact Us form. Find this link located at the top and bottom of every page. We will provide pricing for additional delivery services provided by UPS or FedEx.
  • All shipments are held until all items are available. If we anticipate a backorder, we will contact you for further instructions. 
  • In the event of 'split shipments' (for example, if backordered items are sent separately), additional shipping fees will be necessary and required prior to shipment. Please be aware of the added charges.
  • Digital Downloads are delivered after your payment is accepted. You will receive an email with instructions to access your materials.


SHIPPING

  • Total weight of the package and the speed of delivery you require influence the shipping options for your order.
  • Our default method of shipment is USPS Priority Flat Rate. USPS 1st Class may also be available at a lower shipping price - however delivery time is also slightly longer. 
  • Priority Packages typically arrive within 3 business days from date of shipment, 1st Class shipments will arrive within 5 days in most circumstances.
  • Please note that these times are not guaranteed. Delivery times are for the 48 contiguous states. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and other US territories will take longer.
  • When a guaranteed service is needed, FedEx is a good option, especially for heavy or expensive packages. Speed of delivery ranges from 1 to 5 days. For faster guaranteed delivery, our preferred option is FedEx, depending on your particular circumstances. This service can be expensive, so if you are concerned about cost, please contact us.
  • For deliveries outside the USA, we require the use of the US Postal Service.
